Clenvica provides residential and commercial cleaning services as described at the time of booking. Service scope, pricing, and scheduling are confirmed in your quote or service agreement.
3. Bookings & Cancellations
Please provide accurate property details when booking. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled visit may incur a fee. Recurring plans can be paused or modified with notice.
4. Client Responsibilities
Ensure reasonable access to the property, secure valuables, and disclose hazards (pets, alarms, construction). Clenvica is not liable for pre-existing damage or items not disclosed.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clenvica's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We maintain insurance as described on our site.
6. Intellectual Property
All website content, branding, and materials are owned by Clenvica or its licensors. You may not copy or redistribute without permission.
7. Changes
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
